Michelle McIntosh, Director
Head for Business
 

Coming from a creative industry background, Michelle has studied film direction and scriptwriting and worked freelance in the sector. She sees herself as a community builder and has worked as a trainer of marginalised and socially-excluded groups for a number of years, and as a training consultant, creating training models for different arts organisations.

 

 
 
Kennie Williamson, Deputy Director
Head for Business
 

An experienced business development adviser/consultant, as well as working in the UK, Kennie has worked extensively in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean, with and for country governments, non-governmental organisations, and small and micro-enterprises. As well as experience of running his own businesses, he has extensive project management experience gained working for organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

 
 
Lola Bussi, Training, Operations and Events Manager
Head for Business
 

From a marketing and corporate events background, Lola has overseen the re-branding of corporate literature for national and international organisations. She also has experience of data management, and was responsible for the global development of one previous employer’s customer relationship management system working closely with external contractors. This also included training all end users in our North America, Asia and European offices.

Lorraine Brown, Young Enterprise Programme
Head for Business
 

An experienced IT/Multimedia teacher within further education and community organisations. Lorraine is responsible for developing and refining the structure and creative content of the Young Enterprise rogramme. She enjoys working with young people within the creative industry sector to promote entrepreneurial attitudes and encourage enterprise as a progression route to self-employment or into paid employment.

 
 
Graham Bowkett, Administrative support
Head for Business
 

A Recent Graduate from Uel who studied in the field of Computer Games Design,  and an experienced freelance graphics designer and concept artist. Graham recently joined the head for business team to take on administrative support and Graphics design roles, and is also tasked with keeping the website updated.
