Resolution Daes calls for MP to apologise or quit!
Ki McRoberts, a Head for Business client and Project Manager of the dyslexia charity Resolution Daes has sent a letter to Graham Stringer MP, challenging him about his comments on dyslexia and asking him to either apologise or step down as an MP.
Mr Stringer, the Labour MP for Blackley, described dyslexia as a "cruel fiction", and said, "It is time that the dyslexia industry was killed off!"
Ki says, 'His comments are unacceptable and an insult to dyslexia sufferers. We are furious with Graham Stringer. This so called MP has clearly forgotten that a large proportion of those who unfortunately voted him into his constituency may well be illiterate and/or dyslexic themselves, and they depend on him to create a better future for them and their children, who may be struggling within the education system die to their learning difficulties."
