Until recently the Director of Education and Training at the National Theatre, where she has produced over 30 shows that have toured nationally. Jenny is also responsible for a wide ranging programme of national and international arts in education programmes and the creation of Art of Regeneration.

A chartered certified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Vivienne works for the world’s largest banking group. She is a co-founder of the Inter-bank Diversity Network and the Networking Manager for Women in Business and Finance (WIBF) and is responsible for promoting relationships between women in different professions.

Caroline has played an intrinsic role as Development Manager in the establishing of the Women’s Employment, Enterpriseand Training Unit (WEETU), where amongst other things she was responsible for the dissemination of the much lauded Full Credit peer-lending model. She is an experienced workshop leader, trainer and presenter and considers herself as a working scriptwriter.

 
 
Gerard Darby

Gerard is a researcher, writer and trainer specialising in enterprise, creativity and lateral thinking. He has devised and runs interactive workshops to encourage people, particularly young people, to develop more inventive thinking. Gerard was the first RSA Onians Fellow for which he undertook research on the motivations, characteristics and challenges of young entrepreneurs in the UK.
